Requirements


Education: University Graduate

Major: Business Admin, or a related field

Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a manager in Channel sales development and has strong functional skill / leadership capabilities.

Good record of success in a customer facing role. Understands customers and the selling process.





Job Description


What You'll Do:

  1. Orchestrate Business Agreements: You will finalize comprehensive business agreements with key accounts, meticulously detailing listings, trade terms (TTS), sales targets, impactful branding initiatives, and the promotional calendar to ensure mutual success.
  2. Cultivate Strategic Relationships: You will forge and nurture strong, healthy business relationships with key stakeholders within each account, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and becoming a trusted partner.
  3. Be the Customer Advocate: You will maintain proactive and consistent communication with all relevant customer personnel, swiftly addressing challenges, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Drive Seamless Execution: You will ensure the effective coordination and implementation of agreed-upon plans by collaborating closely with the Key Accounts Sales Operation team.
  5. Lead with Insight: You will spearhead weekly Key Accounts Sales reviews, providing insightful analysis by:
  • Developing customer-specific needs assessments to guarantee the achievement of agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Identifying critical issues and emerging opportunities within each account.
  • Recommending decisive action plans to elevate overall performance.
  1. Master Trade Spend: You will diligently manage and control Trade Terms Spending (TTS) and Customer Contribution to Sales (CCS) budgets for your accounts, ensuring accurate settlement and maximizing ROI.
  2. Ensure Financial Health: You will proactively monitor customer open items, diligently following up to facilitate the timely collection of any outstanding balances.
  3. Shape Channel Strategy: You will lead the development and implementation of channel-specific marketing strategies and plans tailored to your assigned retailers, driving brand engagement and sales.
  4. Elevate In-Store Impact: You will conceptualize and execute compelling trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams, enhancing brand visibility and driving purchase.
  5. Amplify Brand Presence: You will spearhead activation programs with partner organizations to significantly improve brand visibility and create memorable customer experiences.
  6. Champion Brand Standards: Through regular visits to points of sale, you will ensure consistent brand visibility and strict adherence to established guidelines.
  7. Uphold Company Integrity: You will be a role model in adhering to all company principles and policies, including GDPR, CL TA, and ABC regulations.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Achieving and exceeding Total Business Sales Targets (Monthly/Annual).
  • Achieving and exceeding Total Key Accounts Sales Targets (Monthly/Annual).
  • Achieving and exceeding Specific Key Accounts Sales Targets (Monthly/Annual).
  • Maintaining excellent Credit and Overdue Monthly Closing performance.
  • Minimizing Damage Actuals against Target and Previous Year (Monthly/Annual).
