Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, with an interest in food or beverage.

- Brand Support & Execution: Assist in the implementation of annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and strategic initiatives.
- Market Research Assistance: Support the team by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering consumer insights to identify opportunities and trends. Help utilize data to inform brand strategy.
- Product Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to assist in managing various stages of the product lifecycle.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in-store promotions. Assist in managing agency relationships.
- Budget Tracking: Help track marketing budget expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing brand performance metrics (sales, market share, campaign effectiveness) and help prepare reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, R&D, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.
- Innovation Assistance: Support new product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Brand Consistency: Help ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across various touchpoints.
