Business Development Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shops Development Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for the expansion of our retail shops in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on finding prime locations, negotiating and signing leasing offers, and securing operators or franchisees for new locations.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Major: Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience
Job Description
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new retail shops in the F&B sector for Mega ice cream shop, Paradise Ice cream shop, Movenpick ice cream shop and ice cream Hub.
- Negotiate leasing terms and agreements with property owners and landlords.
- Secure and sign leasing offers to ensure optimal locations for business growth.
- Finding the right franchisees for each shop opening and maintain an ongoing relationship with those operators.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B retail industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on potential locations and business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end process of opening new retail shops, from site selection to launch.+
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the F&B retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in leasing and property management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
